What does pre-order mean?
For products that are marked as a "pre order," we do not have anything in stock and we cannot guarantee quick shipping times. For all pre orders please expect 10-40 days From the time of purchase to receive your order, A tracking number will be provided as soon as possible.
Please note not all products will take 40 days. Only large and heavier items.
What is the return policy?
Returns can only be made within one week from the delivery date. All returned products must be unopened and in brand new condition. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all returns. If products show any signs of use the customer will only get a 25% refund.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
