Refunds and cancellations 

Any refunds or cancellations must be made within 24 hours. There is a 10% restocking fee for all cancellations. If the products are already shipped, it turns into a return. Some shipping updates will not show on the customers end. 

Returns

Returns can only be made within one week from the delivery date. All returned products must be unopened and in brand new condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns. If products show any signs of use the customer will only get a 50% refund.
